hrmmmm, don't you have a del sol? original transmission? as far as i know, all the del sols tranny codes start with 's' unless it has the b16, which came with the y21 tranny 
i've never heard of a honda tranny code that started with a j

yea the del sol came back to me but this is on my
89 HB w/d15b2, it might be L3 not J3
btw the sol is in the progress of being sleeved for a
radical upgrade have u heard of steve oaks w/the 590whp
prelude its being done by the same people and eventually
i'll have pics down the road
