tranny clutch question

when i first start up my car in the winter (now) the clutch is REALLY firm and it is really hard use. could i be low on tranny fluid or have u guys experienced this? or is just that my car needs to warm up before using the clutch??? :S

Is it hydro or cable? If its hydro, change your fluid and bleed it out
