Timing Belt change now some driving issues.

I just finished up putting a new timing belt and a waterpump on my 90 Toyota Camry. It fired right up and idles smooth, but when you goto drive it its verry sluggish and under load develops a rattling/vibration and shows a major loss of power. Could it be a tooth off? We line d up all the marks, TDC on the crank and the visible white dot on the cam gear.

is it one of those dual cams with the funky gear connecting the two cams? Double check that the marks between them are correctly lined up.

Can it be adjusted out at the distributor? or do I need to tear the top cover off and double check my marks

I checked the timing and with the ecu jumped it reads 0 deg. manual states it should be 10, could this just be adjusted at the distributor and clear everythign up?
