Those main teg lights are a pain in the ass. There are 2 bolts on top and 2 bolts on the bottom. You cant remove the bumper to get to the bolts on the bottom without removing 2 screws that hold the bumper in place UNDER the ------- headlight. My solution was go with JDM 1 PC headlights (like $60 shipped from ebay) destroy the headlights that are on there now and pull the bracket off by getting to the 2 hidden screws. The JDM lights have 2 bolts that hold them in from the top and they look hella sexy. And I have seen cars run W/O that PS cooler and I haven’t noticed a difference in its performance.

as far as the power steering cooler, there is only one way to find out, and as far as the headlights go, holy ----, good luck ;) the driver i had previously *modified* my air dam, so it was a little easier to get up in there, but as far as i know, you can only get to the bottom brackets from underneath, you can't even see them from above, you have to take the headlights off to get the bumper off, and you have to take the bumper off to get the headlights off, WTF! anyways, i suggest after you get it all apart, leave the two bolts for the bumper that are under the headlights OFF for future reference.
