swapping out f22a for f22b1 HELP

Ok took out the 22a from a 90 accord and want to swap in a f22b1 from a 94, all the mounts are differant, what ones do I need
I searched, I need HELP, this is my sons dd and I need it out of the garage so he'll quit driving my car

I thought it would be a simple swap since both are f22 just differant years---see if someone can teach an old dog new tricks
and I'm never to old to learn TEACH ME YOUNGSTERS

Trans is definately different mounting type.
BLOW MOTOR? Blow TRANS? details fucker
Motor just needs to swap out the OEM bracket that mounts to the timing side, trans if good just reuse it
Why was it changed out thats what we need so we can answer your old wrinkley gray haired faggot ass

OK you cumguzzler, chill, I had a short term mem. loss at the time.
22a has 267k = TIRED 22b has 94k, still in puberty, trannys are both good ( didn't think about swapping them )
so your sayin swap out tuning side mount, I take it you mean oem from a 94 accord.

Does this help

Well not sure about F series but I think he is saying swap the mount bracket that bolts to the block on the timing belt side of the motor, use the one that goes with the car, ie the one off your old motor, I know when I swapped a D series from a 92+ civic into an 89 CRX had to do this and yea if your trans is fine you will most likely have to reuse it if the new trans mounts differently or is cable/hydro, Im an F/H newb so don't quote me.

be prepared for a headache. Swapping that engine into an cb7 is not worth it.

Use the mounts for the car its going INTO... So use the 90 accord mounts. ALL OF THEM (possibly able to use the 94 tranny mount though to avoid the scenario below).

The tranny may have to have the studs re-oriented in order to use the tranny mount out of the 90 though if you are swapping the whole ----... I believe you have to pull out the mount studs and tap the bosses in the case for the correct location.

Other than that, as far as mouns go thats it
