Stuttering under load, worsens after warmed up.

Finished up my Y8 mini me swap, and ironed out all my issues except for one.

The car starts and idles perfectly, revs smoothly and quickly in neutral or with the clutch in, but with the car under load below 5 grand it is stuttering and misfiring pretty badly and worsens to the point of being nearly undriveable once its warmed up, once it hits 5K and the cam phases, the car runs ALLRIGHT, but still not correctly.

NO Check engine light, Isn't burning coolant or oil, Smokes a bit under load, but it just smells like its running pig rich.

I fixed my timing last night and its dead on at 0 degrees, but still has this issue.

Anyone have something of this nature happen to them before?

Car is a 92 CX with a D15B8 Bottom end, and a D16Y8 head, Yes the Oil jet has been Pulled, and Yes the ECU is correct, and AGAIN there is no CEL. some input would be massivily helpful

I suspect its my ECU, or I need to ADVANCE my timing a bit.

My IAT is mounted off a Vacuum line, but shouldn't be causing this problem.

*edit*

It is 100% my Timing, I have a milled Y8 head, and suspect this is hurting my timing, Anyone have any experiance with this?

What cam gear are you using? What ecu? The more info you give about the car and what you have done the easier it would be to help.

Check your plugs/ignition system.

I think its going to be your ignition. Just replaced a rotor cap and distributor housing on my wife's accord. It was doing the same thing as you. Take note of the metal end on the rotor. Whats it look like? Smooth? Rusty? Have ridges and notches?

check all of your grounds, including the one on the valve cover, my car would have spark blow out issues like crazy when that was missing :(

I said I was using a D16Y8 Head *Y8 Cam Gear*

ECU is a Chipped P05 by Phearable, I have chatted with him over potential issues

This is what I suspect also, when I changed my rotor I was fairly abusive with my Dizzy *I fear My Ignitor coil may have been damaged, I bought a replacement Accel HEI Intensifier to replace the stock affair to see if it helps.

something else is fucked up with your ignition then. My car runs fine without that connected, ive forgot to bolt it back on a few times.

Its timing related, we started changing the belt over, and it got much better, I think I'm still off a tooth, and was origionally off 2 or 3 teeth :X
