stupid question...b20 EK....use DA intermediate shaft?
ya its a strange and very stupid question, but should there be any reason i cant use the 90-93 integra intermediate shaft on a b20 in a 97 civic?
unless the tool supplied me the wrong shaft, the ---- doesnt line up any where close to the bolt holes on the block. or am i gonna have to go pull one out of the wreckers and install a DC axle and intermediate shaft, like i told the useless tit in the first place? ---- i hate idiots that dont listen and i hate it even more when i have to figure out a solution to their ---- ups. thx. |
Re: stupid question...b20 EK....use DA intermediate shaft?
I always thought both int shafts were the same other than the dc has 2 male ends.

DA and DC intermediate shafts use different axle seals at the tranny.

Re: stupid question...b20 EK....use DA intermediate shaft?
they have the same bolt pattern at the block. Take a picture of what was sent and we can ID rather than guess this shaft

Re: stupid question...b20 EK....use DA intermediate shaft?
