Strange sudden problem...no power *fFIXED*

Ok, my buddy has a 94 Civic with a B18B, Garret T3 60 trim turbo, DSM 450's, JRC 6" intercooler and is using Uberdata for management. Anyway, car has been running fine for months and then out of the blue yesterday, it seems to have lost the ability to rev and appears to have no power. Basically, the car will start although it starts a little hard, and it will idle good, but if you try and rev it up, it bogs really badly and it will finally rev up and it will rev past 4k, so I don't think it is in limp mode. The two codes that he has are the same ones he has had which are IAT and VTEC solenoid (vtec is not turned off in the map), but the car has been running fine like that for a long time. Things we checked...TPS voltages appear within normal operating range. Map sensor is in normal range, checked ELD, it is normal. We swapped dizzy's with a friend, same thing happened. I chipped another ecu and loaded the same map that he was using into it and it did the same thing. Fuel pressure seems fine, it is around 43 psi. Is it possible for a TPS to be bad even though it reads properly??? I am at a loss at this point and don't know what else to check, so any help would be appreciated.

*edit* some stuff that I forgot to mention. When the motor is cold, it revs more freely but it is still way off. Also, we just took a look at his map and VTEC is not checked, so why would he be getting a code 21? I thought that if VTEC was not enabled in the map it did not check for it. So, I put in a chipped P06 (which was not vtec upgraded) and he is still getting a code 10 (which goes away if we plug a IAT sensor) and the code 21. We will check the timing shortly, but the way this happened was he drove the car to work, then to lunch and it was fine and when it was time to go home, it was fucked :-\

*EDIT # 2* WE GOT IT, DAMN CAM GEAR ADJUSTMENT SCREWS WERE LOOSE!! :o
