strange engine problem
 

I have a 6 gen. civic w/ a vafc and now a vtec ecu. My problem is when i'm driving from 55k -6k rpms the car starts to shake like i need to change gears. Someone told me that it's my map sensor or a chip in the distributor. I thought i messed up one of the setting to the vafc. This is why i want to rewire my vtec so everything could be clean. I really need help.
