how much boost are stock clutches usually good for??

none ;) mine slipped at 5 psi as soon as i put the turbo on :-\ if you want to go cheap, get a new stock disc and an aftermarket pp

put a wanted ad up, i have seen a few decent clutches go on here pretty cheap. people who go from d to b have good clutches layin around that they will part with. look around... if you go to napa, there clutches have a lifetime warranty, fry one, take it back, fry one...but then you have to go through the pain in the ass of pullin it every few weeks. :-\ |

Stock clutches are ok if they are brand new but will not last longer than 6 months unless you granny it. If it has some mileage on it kiss it goodbye the first time you hit boost. ;)

Stock b-series clutch. Dead after 30,000 miles ::). AutoX kills clutch....Oh well.

Mine gave up after 7 psi. The new 6 puck doesn't budge.
