well it seems that you have a really stiff clutch or you have a kinked cable or you put your clutch on wrong. Is it a new clutch or what did you do?

I got the same problem. I have gone through 3 cables. I have broken every possible thing that can break on the cable itself, or the tranny, or the pedals.

everything that can be reinforced has been. The only thing left is a heavy duty cable, which i cannot find.

BTW i have a clutchnet 1x PP.

hmm, where does it break at? the middle or the ends?

my guess is the pedal height/travel is adjusted improperly?

like maybe when you push in the clutch pedal it pulls the clutch all the way but yourstill mashing it to the floor so it stretches over time then pops. Set the pedal heght lower THEN set the clutch tensioner.

should be somewhere in the manuals up top of the forum.
