starting problems ?!?!

no start after i drive it to work. i takes about 25 to 40 starts to get it to fire. zc swap done about 500 miles ago. i was at the gas station, got back in the car and it would not start. on occasion if i roll it back and basically push start it, it will fire right up. how about that? any help any one? no codes at ecu ???
