Default Starting problems ***HELP***

I have a 99 EX, and i returned it to NA. I just put the finishing pieces on saturday, oil pan (that had CHUNKS of piston and rod in it ), rewired the stock injectors, header, took off the s-afc II, ect... Well i got to start it and its cranking and winding and nothing more. Im getting spark, we checked every plug wire, could def smell fuel (didnt take a volt meter to the ninjector clips yet) and nothing. its not timing and theres no more afc. Now the car has been sitting for about a year since i auctually drove it, adn the gas is pretty damn old and i only have 1/2 a tank or less in it, i was thnking maybe condinsation in the tank because it has been rather cold these past few weeks. I put a thing of dry gas in and tried, nothing. Some people told me to let it sit, try it again, if not put another thing of dry gas in, and maybe fill the tank up? i dunno, im gettin pissed with it, anyone have any ideas besides throwing it off a cliff?

btw those arent chunks of pistons or rods
Those shinny things are bearings.
y7/y8 at its best

all u need is fuel spark and compression
unless u mixed up the wires
empty the gas and try again with fresh one

yea im almost POSITIVE the injector clips are wired correctly. im going to double check. should i syphon out the old gas or just fill it up? and im getting compression, spark and fuel, cuz on occasion is making a popping noise like some gas is igniting...
