ground wire from frame to tranny?

Re: starter not engaging <not bad starter>

At the starter, check and see if its got 12v between the wire coming from the battery and a ground on the tranny. if you do, hook your multimeter up to the signal wire, and try starting it. if your getting 12v at the signal at KOES, your starter is bad or your starter selenoid is bad. if your not getting 12v at the signal at keos, try your neutral safety switch.
