yea, dont worry tho, its not gona go off on you or anything.the lite is usually because Air bag harness' wear out, get corroded and ----, so the system is smart enough to detect that and will switch on the light, take the car to the dealer if you wana get it fixed, checked out. ;)

Follow the yellow harness around to check the connections. Otherwise check the fuses.

yea, my old boss took an airbag course, sometimes some cars would come in with the air bag lite, and we'd take apart the cluster and put black electrical tape over the light ;) Some air bag systems actually have two lights, one meaining corroded and ----, the other meaning complete failure.

Also, for you aspiring car theives, its the yellow wire to start the car ;) 8)

I've had my srs light on for like 3 years now and it was just out of the blue for no reason. It eventually turned off but reappeared. It got annoying so I took my cluster apart and slapped some electrical tape on it. :P

I was in an accident and havn't replaced the bags yet, so I just pulled the bulb till I get around to putting em both back in there.
