Soon my dream will come true
okay her I come with my bad *** question.
I was planning to get my internals forged as to finaly push some real Boost.
I have a a new T3 ( ford cosworth ) turbo
my actual setup is
kkk 03 turbo ( VW 1.8T engine )
BOV
450cc blue tops
FMU/Ignition... Unichip Dastek
VAFC
FMIC
thicker head gasket
and some other *****
Pushing 17PSI, 160HP 240nm on d15z6 engine
Now my father is going over to Chicago in march, I want him to Buy me forged internals and bring them back to me.
This will save my shipping and custom duty.
In Poland you cant swap your engine easily, its very expensive to pay administraion fees to change a d15 into a d16.... i know its stupid but thats how it is.
Soo my questions are:
What combo should i get? ( low price please )
is there a stroker kit?

what uprated rods will u be using ?

Je and wisco are both good brands.
and i think ull get abit more bhp then 160 at 17psi
i think ull have in excess of 250bhp and probably 210whp.
and tons of tourqe.
the crank cant be swaped. the D15 and the D16 are not interchangable.
crank should be good for 250bhp - from what i have heard.
but only rods i can find is Crower rods for 699$ excluding shipping and taxs. but they are good for more then 25psi and probably 600bhp.
the je and wisco pistons are similary priced. about 400$ - 500$ from www.importparts.com
ive seen combo for the D16 series pistons and rods and rings, but never for a D15. and i dont have acess to us mags.
The pistons are interchangable, but the rods art. the D16 has a long stroke 17mm. (i think)
if you got any more info on D15 combos do u mind sharing some of that info with me. as i have d15 and cant find any combox on the market.

Yeah thanx for the post.
Its basically the same problem over her
I wrotte a few emails to some SHops in the US to ask them if they could give me an offer for a d15 combo.
On stock engine i hope the rods should resist the 200HP
My previous turbo was too small, small IC, and small charge pipes.
Now iam doing everything bigger.
Ill share info of courses as soon as i get something
