Default Solid answer for a obd0 motor in an obd1 car

before the flaming starts, i have already searched all over (including ht ) and still can't find a solid answer. i used to own a 91 civic hatch, decided to swap a dohc zc to it. blew it up, then started to rebuild. in the meantime, i sold the car. now i have a 94 civic 4 door. Since the motor is almost done and i have about half of a turbo kit put together, i would really like to put it in the four door. but my problem is the wiring. The intake mani on the dohc zc is different from every other mani out there and doesn't have sensors for most of the obd1 plugs on my wiring harness. so i guess to get to the point, how do i go about swapping in a obd0 mani to an obd1 car? Someone on the last thread told me to just put it in and plug what i could in, but the distributor plugs are wierd and don't match up (correct me if im wrong, havn't looked in a couple of months.) and the dohc zc dizzy is pretty strange shaped also.
