So I'm setting my TPS sensor when I notice...
...that when I set it to .45v at closed I can only get a max of 4.3v at wot, and that's with the sensor turned as far as it possibly can go. I took the little inserts out of the screw holes on the sensor so I could get a little more out of it, but now when I set the WOT part at 4.5v, the closed throttle sits at .56v :P Does that seem a little odd at all? I have the throttle plate screw turned all the way down atm, and the arm contacts only the aluminum on the housing. I figured at first the tps sensor was bad, so I tried a spare one and guess what...same thing. According to the b16 service manual I should have around 4.5v at wot, and around .3-.45v at closed. Guess it's a good thing I'm switching over to itb's pretty soon.

Even with the TPS sensor changes I noticed some major bogging and stuttering again. The mid range power felt great, nice and smooth and pulled pretty smoothly as well. The old tps setting definitely pulled harder on the top end according to the ***-dyno, but it also wasn't running as rich either. I'll probably set it back to the old setting tomorrow and see what I can do over the weekend. :P I've never had this many stupid issues with a single motor in my life.
