Default So I installed an Infinitude final drive...

2 things before I run this tranny:

-is it normal that the second bearing on the main shaft makes like a rattle noise when you spin it but still spins freely?

-it seems harder to spin the input shaft now...

I can't imagine any bearing that loose is good.

that would be the countershaft, not the mainshaft.

If you clean the bearing amd don't oil it when you spin it, it will make some weird noises. I keep a oil squirt can nearby just for this reason.
