today my idle was full of ---- and i was like aww ---- not water in the engine again, but then i open the hood and i see that the filter is dry, so i touched the engine and i get a shock. i believe its from the dizzy because when i was driving more smoke than usual was coming out of my exhaust and it was like one of the pistons was dead.

is there any way to fix this

im sorta scared to touch my engine when its running now, im like a lab rat trying to get the shocking cheeze

 

with the car off, check to make sure all of your plug wires are on tight. If one of them popped off, it's shock the ---- out of you when the car is running and you're touching things under your hood. I know this from experience..

 

^^^^LOL, yeah and also make sure there is no water inside the spark plug area.
