I have a constant chatter coming from my transmission and it only does it while the clutch isn't pressed in. The noise stops completely while the clutch is pressed in. I've noticed also that its starting to make a loud noise while driving throughout all gears now. I'm almost 100% positive that its going to be the input shaft bearing. I've searched but can't seem to find a part # for it. I've never replaced one of these before... so am I looking at a PITA all day thing or is this going to be fairly straightforward repair?

I did *******. I wasn't able to locate a part#. And I don't have a haynes manual.

Anyone know the answer to my original question?

Input shaft bearing, fairly straight forward and you should have it knocked out in about an hour. Unless you have a lift then 30 min.

No dude I was downloading a manual. But that torrent is dead anyways. I'll just use the damn search function so you'll stay off my bawsack.
