running problem
 

ok i posted awhile back about my car having no power when i try to drive it but now i have some new questions and need some awnsers. okay i have a jdm f22b with 8.8:1 pistons and a h23 ported head on it and a 14b turbo that currently dosent have pipes hooked up to it. here is my problem, it starts right up and runs good but when i try to drive it it has no power at all and back fires real bad. now heres what i found out and it dosent make any sense to me at all as to how it could happen or if it is causing my problem but with every plug and every wire when i was checking for spark i noticed somthing wierd, it would make a good spark but somehow it made little random sparks out of nowhere that were just little sparks and i dont know how or why so thats what i was wondering and was wondering if that would cause the power problem?
