Default Rough idle when cold???

My car is a 95 civic lx d15b7, I just put in a chipped ECU running a crome basemap and since i did that w/ 440cc injectors and AEM fuel rail when I start the car and the engine is cold it idles at about 1500 rpm and it has about 10" of vaccume and then when i rev it up to about 2500 it goes away till i let it go back down to 1500 then once it is warmed up it runs like normal and 20" of vaccume. I just wanted to know iwhat was going on and if it is normal. It stared when i took the FMU off and did the whole ECU, Injectors and Fuel rail. Any Info on this will be appreciated.

ok if you are seriously asking this question, you need to do some research on ecu programming and engine operation parameters before you even think of beginning to enter the tuning world. do you have equipment to reburn or tune the crome maps you are running or is it a program a friend burnt for ya? an engine will not idle properly at 19:1 especially when stone cold.

It is a chip i got burned for me and i havent a clue about tuning but i was thinking that maybe the wideband is still cold and giving false readings. Is this possible
when i drive it and it starts to warm up it runs at like 14.7 at idle and under boost then when under boost it gots down to about 11.5
