Default rods/pistons decision

alright people. i just recently parted with my freshly boosted dx coupe, now i have a ef shell i want to build a turbo setup for.

my goal is to make at least 170whp with the following:

d15b1 block, crank
d16z6 head, HMT port/polish job
2 inch charge pipes
2.5 dp, exhaust to apexi n1 muffler
fmic
injectors, uberdata

i want to run either a ramhorn or log mani, i used a std mani on my last setup and this time i want something different, havent decided on a turbo either. i want something that will have decent mid and upper range power. im trying to figure out what rod/piston combo to run that will stand up to what i want. i have the d15b1 pistons and rods but im not sure how they'd hold up. i probably plan to run somewhere between 7-10psi.

SUGGESTIONS?

buy a z6 block, then you won't need rods and pistons, you'll hit 170 easy and run a log since a ramhorn would be a waste. Throw it all together and call it a day

because i log mani will flow that ammount no problem, why spend the extra cash on a ramhorn if you're only looking for 170 horse. Hell i bet a STD mani could do that. Why not go for like 225+ hp?

well, i dont have $400 for rods, and another $400 for pistons, i didnt expect to break 210ish with what i have, if you can tell me a setup i can do (excluding vitaras) id be all ear. im not 100% sure id be using the b1 block/crank because i havent ripped the head off of it yet to check the sleeves, etc. i got about a grand to get the rest of my stuff, excluding tuning

*edit* i need a tranny/clutch, etc. i might go the vitara route because i found where i can get them 125 shipped with rings, time to choose a rod
