Rod bearings Help

Yeah I have a strange question, One day I was racing my crx and I missed a gear and overrevved it. Later that night It staryed knocking. So I changed the rod bearings and it was fine. And then the next day it started knocking again. But I have been driving around for about a month now and it hasn't got any worse. And my crx dont have any power past 4000 rps on my b18a. Could that be from the rods? And also what is the torque specs for the rodbearing bolts fro the b18a1

85% of the time when a rod starts knocking it's pretty much over for the crank shaft, and the engine is done. You are asking what the torque specs are and you just put new rod bearings in? I assume you measured the bearing clearences with plastigauge? and got the right ones from the dealer.
