i heard that they fit in ef 3d hatches. i havent seen this done. is it possible? how many of them big thick bars underneath would i have to change. is it a matter of just switching the plastic?

yes they fit and they bolt on with no mods.

I thought there was some minor issues with how the lower part of the console mated up with the floor or something like that?
