replaced clutch master cylinder/slave, NOW shifting problems with gsr trans

a few days ago, I woke up came out to drive the integra and the clutch peddle was on the floor. I checked under the pedal and sure enough the clutch master cylinder was leaking bad. I got the car to a shop where they replaced both the clutch master and slave cylinder with new units. Prior to them installing the new units I had no problems downshifting, upshifting, or clutch engagement, the tranny was completey smooth. Once i recieved my integra back from the shop, now the clutch engages all the way out where it use to engage half way. Also I cannot downshift the transmission without trying to force it in gear. Upshifting is now a little harder and not nearly as smooth as before but the transmission will upshift fine. Downshifting is nearly impossible unless i am under 3,000 rpms. What the hell is going on?
I took it back to the shop and they said that either my clutch/ pressure plate is done. the trans makes noise now when I'm at a stop, have the clutch depressed and the trans in second gear. When I try to downshift from 5th to 4th i hear this same sound kind of like metal shaving up against eachother. I had no problems with any of this until i got it back from the shop. What do you guys think? is it tranny related or did they mess up the installation of the clutch master and slave cylinder units. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Before you tear the clutch out try bleeding the system first. iirc the fluid is dot3 brake fluid. I got a bottle for like $1 at autozone, the cheap ---- works. stomp on the clutch a few times, like 5 or so, and then hold the last one. have a friend go to the slave cylinder and let the bleed valve go, then tighten it back up and repeat tons of times. I had to do it by myself one day. I used a block of wood to press down my clutch pedal.

this just happened to me...pedal to floor, replaced slave and master, and it didnt really fix it enough. i pulled the tranny and a couple of my flywheel bolts had backed out....pull the tranny and take a look

today im going to bleed the clutch master and slave and adjust the clutch engagement maybe that will help... i barely have to depress the clutch to get it in and out of gear.
