Default Recommended tools for engine building

What tools would your guys say, would be the minimum to have in your tool box when building a Honda engine, either B-series or D-series?

torque wrench, engine manual, metric socket set, piston ring compressor... i would think thats the min...

0 to 75 torque wrench, 2-3 mic, 3-4 mic, Bore gauge. ring filer, ring compressor, plastic mallet

empty visa, mastercard or american express...

or a combination of all 3...

torque wrench, a set of metric sockets both short and longer ones, a set of metric wrenches, pliers, assorted screwdrivers, a hammer, valve spring compressor, 1/2" breaker bar, 1/2" to 3/8"s adapter, sharpie, sanding block, wd-40, micrometer, feeler gauges, a cup of motor oil for fitting rings

engine stand, jacks and a lift if possible...
