Default Pulley Question's

Hey HMT crew. I have an LS/vtec setup, and I'm trying to get the power steering pump and alternator belts on. Here's what im working with, 94 GSR pump (cracked pulley), and.....I think a Dseries alternator(so its pulley doesnt match the crank pulley<--belt width). I'm thinking about buying a cheapo ebay pulley kit to fix the broken/wrong size pulley problem. What kit do I need? GSR or LS underdrive pulley kit. Remember, I have an LS crank pulley if that makes a ----. Help me out! Thanks

Don't get the aftermarket pulleys for the crank pulley unless you want your oil pump and bearings to bite the dust after a couple months. Aftermarkets don't usually have harmonic balancers to them.

Im going to stick with the LS crank pulley thats on the engine now. What I need to know is if the GSR power steering pulley is different from the LS steering pulley and can I convert the d series alternator pulley to b series pulley. Thanks for the info on the crank pulley though. Is that a balance issue or something?

those cheapo ebay crank pullies arent balanced and the fact your throwin something on a high mileage motor is asking for problems

There are companies that make pullies that are balanced and I have used them but they are alt only and are not ebay pricin style
