god damn your lost huh? ok for starter its a dx so you either have to use the dx tranny, which will bolt right up to the z6 block, or if you want to use a si/hf or the z6 tranny then you need hf/si axles and front hubs as the dx is the only one that uses the smaller hubs/axles, also if you use the hydro z6 tranny you will need a hydro to cable conversion kit, i would reccomend if you need it done cheap and fast to just throw in the dx tranny for now, then later upgrade the axles/hubs to hf/si, then just use a 88-91 hf/si tranny, as far as the wiring, yes you need to start by doing the dpfi to mpfi wiring mods, and as far as vtec goes, it all depends on how your going to run vtec, and if you use a chipped ecu or not, i would reccomend using a pm6 ecu and then chipping it with turbo edit and you can run simple one wire vtec form the chipped pm6, or if you have a v-afc laying around just run a stock pm6 ecu, then install the v-afc and use it to run vtec....good luck mang...

The Z6 trans is Hydro and will not work well in a EF chasis, I dont know of anyone who has done it, you would need a custom pass side mount and a 92+ eg rear mount. Plus some type of pedal assembly that was setup for hydro. Definatly not worth it, most people just swap in SI trannys.
No, I think you got mixed up. DX/SI's use the larger hubs and HF's use the smaller ones.
Nobody makes a Hydro kit for D-series in a EF. It is possible you could modify the B-series hasport kit, but you still would need a custom mount mount.
To run a Z6 in a DX you will first need to do the DPFI-MPFI wiring. Once that is done I'd go with a chipped PS9 I think it is? They have the output for vtec.
