PR3 Pistons in a B18A Block

I'm planning on building a LS/VTEC for All Motor Duty. This build wont be anytime soon, but My buddy is building his b16 and is willing to give me the pistons if I can use them.

So my Question is will PR3 Pistons in a B18A Block with a B16A Head work? Or will I have some Valve Clearance or any problems like this. This will be my first N/A B-Series Motor so forgive my ignorance.

Cool. What does it give CR Wise? I calculated about 11.8 or some where around there. I hope when this motor is built (Spring 2007, but I'm going to be broke for a while so I'm collecting now) with ITB, Mybe some Cams and 11.5 to 12:1 CR I'll get 200whp on a good tune.

ya in that range depending on if you mill the head and what headgasket you use

doing one right now for my customer.

B18a block
b16 pr3 pistons
b18a rods
arp rod bolts

b16a2 head
2 layer head gasket.

cr is roughly 11.7

with a stock head gasket you will yield around 11.5.
