Power Cut off after warm up. Help.

Ok, this is hard to explain, lets say I warm the engine up and then take it for a ride, it drives fine when not beating on it, then lets say I want to go fast, It sounds like its hitting fuel cut off at low RPM, it skips and misfires as its climbing through the RPM's, it stops this after a longer time of driving, but it sounds as if i'm not getting spark, not getting fuel, or the timing is off, which it shouldnt be since I never messed with it yet.

if anyone knows what could be causing this, let me know. thanks.

B18A1 in EG sedan Using 90-93 Teg ECU

It never did this before, just started happening with the colder weather coming and going.

one thing to do is check your plugs.
and it's always good to check your timing.

All these things minus the fuel filter were checked, I just replaced the cap with a new one.

Its still wierd that it does this only when the car warms up a bit, when its been running for a longer time it dosnt do it anymore.

Gapped correctly according to the 90-93 teg manual, I forget what the number was, but I gapped them when I put new plugs in. ran fine.
Update, Today it wasnt doing it as often as it usually does, its wierd.

so.. what you're saying is it rungs fine until you give it WOT and then it starts to stumble and misfire?

what if you slowly increase the throttle position and get the revs up?

lets think about what happens @ wot, what changes.

1. the ecu ignores the o2 sensor and uses hard coded maps.
2. the low / 0 vac causes the fpr to up the fuel pressure.

check the vac line to the fpr ?

lol, yes its OBD1, and the Distributor, cap, rotor, and ignitor have been changed out. if they were bad it would do it all the time, it only does it untill the engine has been running for quite some time.

somewhere read about something similar, and it had something to do with coolant temp sensor.
