please need help getting valve guides out

hI i need to change my valves guieds in my h22a4 can someone tell me how to change them please iv tryed pulling them and everything

machine shop and dont try to spot them 20 bucks.

you can try removing them, but you may end up wrecking your cylinder head, unless you've removed them before, i'd take it in to get it done properly.

yeah i think you gotta cook the cylinder head so it expands and then try getting them out, or something like that. Machine shop ftw
