i need help my b16a in my 89 crx probs my ecu dose not get a blink ? why and i tried a pr4 and still noting what would cause this im stumped i tried changing the cus the main relay and the battery is good it cranks but not gas pressure or spark to the plugs can somebody help me please

Check your "alternator", or hazard fuse. It's probably blown.
