Please help, I'm having some fuel problems...maybe

So I have a boosted 99 si. I washed the motor on Monday of this week and after that, two cylinders stoped working. The one and two cylinders from the cam gears to the left. I went to check the plugs and both of the ones that aren't working had the plug hole where the wire goes into it, filled with water. I removed all the water and it stil ran the same.
I changed the plugs and the wires and stil the same. Just now I tried running some other injectors, some dsm 395 from an automatic eclipse and stil the same problem in those two cylinders. Does anybody here have any idea what it could be?
I checked the injector conector for the electric pulse and it was fine. Somebody please let me know this is my daily driver and I'm stuck bumming rides to work for now.

Sounds to me like you're getting no spark to those two plugs. Check for corrosion on the plug wire ends, and check out to see if your distributer maybe shorted out and melted something inside. It must be a spark issue since even with the different injectors, it still doesn't run right.

Did you read the whole thread? I said I changed the plugs and the wires. I forgot to mention that I also checked for spark on both of those cylinders and I had spark. Thank you anyways.

so those 2 wires have spark . hhhm check the distributer cap out clean it out realy well look for any mis fire lines some times there super super small but just enough for it to posibly misfire so even if its getting spark mabee just the wrong time if not that i gues check for a short in a injector wire. good luck

Spark is one thing, a good spark is another. You can have spark, and not have the cylinder fire if it is too weak.

My guess is the distributer is fried inside.

I donīt see how washing the engine could affect the injectors.

How's your rotor/ cap look? Any scaring or pitting? Carbon build up?

I haven't checked that, I made this thread at work. I'm going to check it out.
