Default Please Help

just got done with my swap ls/vtec in a 96 hatch using stock dx harness. anyhow. i got spark and the motor turns over fine , it cranks, but it wont start cause theres no fuel!.. i unbolted the fuel filter to see if there was pressure and nothing came out. i checked the fuses and they seem fine. i checked the main relay on the pasanger side and it seemed fine(used my friends main relay to test if that was the problem) i changed the fuel pump to an itr one that didnt do anything. there is no power to the fuel pump i dont know what to do. can anyone help me out? please!!!!!!

96 honda civic dx
93 ls block
itr pistons
b16a head
obd2 distributor
obd2-1 harness made by kenji
obd1 p28 chipped by kenji
Aem fuel rail
2000 si fuel line......

oh and i even tried starting it up with out the obd2-1 harness and ecu and tried the stock dx ecu. still nothing. no power to the fuel pump dont even hear the click.

have you trtied jumping the fuel pump w/ a 12v lead right from the battery? check for voltage at the pump?

sounds dumb, but maybe you left a wire off?
