I am building up a h22a4 for turbo what pistons would u recommend i used for doing this

the stock compression ratio is 10:6

Just a fyi :)

H22's use FRM sleeves (fiber re-inforced sleeves) and need to be resleeved in order for an aftermarket forged piston to seal correctly.
