PCV disconneted?

should I disconnect the crankcase ventalation from the intake manifold for boosting? wouldn't leaving it on cause the crankcase to build pressure?

it's a one way valve. air comes OUT of the crankcase not in.
PCV + Positive Crankcase Ventalation.
