over heating????vanishing coolant???
 
well the past week I've been experiencing weird things like my car woul all of a sudden over heat or temp would shoot really high then go down again and when my car over heats only a little puddle of water is there and my radiator takes more than what i see???!!........why is this?

could it be a head gasket? i know one day when i pulled my stock exaust off there was water in it a pretty good amount but not too mu only enough to get me thinking why ??? and there is a loss of power too..its a d15b7 by the waystill virgin un touched but did see some boostfor about a month...but ran fine after i poulled turbo off

check the compression. and do a leakdown test. that'll tell you if the HG is blown. if not check for leaks anywhere in the cooling system. and make sure your T-stat is in working order.

Yes it is the head gasket, thats what i'm going throught right now if you didnt notice my recent posts. :)

Replace it and you'll be fine.

Buy a compression tester first. It's worth the 50 bucks and you will be able to tell if the hg is going for sure.

ill help you. mine was doing that to. i think its the weather we've been seeing lately. i jus put my fan on constant and put a more coolant then water so it stays cooler. now it never shoots above half but if my fan turns off =x im in trouble. i ran qualcom last nite... did u go?
