Heres mine.

Its just schedule 40 2.1/2" pvc.I heated it up to make it one piece. The way you do it is you cap both ends of the pipe to trap the hot air inside as you heat it up so that the pipe doesnt colapse when you bend it.

lol, I had no idea thast intake was made out of PVC! Hahaha, it looks pretty good for what it is. What did that run you, about $1.98 plus the cost of the filter?

Out of curiosity what did you use to heat it up with? It looks pretty good for being homemade.

I'm sure he used a special heater used for heating up sticks of PVC pipe. They are very pricey, but you can use a torch and be careful with it. It just takes like 5x as long with a torch and it's not very consistant.

Yes.that was back in my riceboy/show days. They are black now and not red.I was going to do a write up on how to do it.I also opend up my tail light and sprayed them with candy apple paint from the inside so they look verry shiney.

What do i use to heat it.A propane torch will do with the paint stripper adapter to disperse the flame over a wider area.Another trick is that you can fill it with sand(the really fine one)and then cap the ends. This will ensure you get some nice bends.

propane torches are weapon of choice :P

edited for onyx

here you can see that I changed the housing from red to black. No,Im not using that intercooler thats the one I sold.
