okay guys i'm about to hit you guys up with some Questions, I wonna make a homemade intake system, but at the same time I want it to look professional, so when I go to homedepot what am I looking for
, Also I'm planing on doin' homemade ground wires, what do I use for wires, and where do I get the connector ends from

Heres mine.

Its just schedule 40 2.1/2" pvc.I heated it up to make it one piece.The way you do it is you cap both ends of the pipe to trap the hot air inside as you heat it up so that the pipe doesnt colapse when you bend it.

Hahaha, it looks pretty good for what it is. What did that run you, about $1.98 plus the cost of the filter?

What do i use to heat it.A propane torch will do with the paint stripper adapter to disperse the flame over a wider area.Another trick is that you can fill it with sand(the really fine one)and then cap the ends.This will ensure you get some nice bends.
propane torches are weapon of choice :P
