car now clicks when ignition isturned full right. its not the starter clicking. car doesnt crank over. could this be the starter relay? and where is this located?

 

What kind of Car do you have? The relay is unlikely. I believe it is built into the fuse box where the starter fuse is under the dash. The clicking might just be the battery being dead, it does click when theres just a little juice.
Try jumping ur car and starting it.
