Anyone know what is the standard reading for normal oil pressure on a D series is? i.e. d17?
I have some guy trying to tell me that 75 psi is normal and I really dont believe that.
Anybody that knows can you enlighten me?

 

10-20psi at idle and 60-80psi at or above 3k rpm.

 

i just got mine installed yesterday. it reads at idle about 25. and at throttle 75.
its a b16 engine. but should be the same

hoho, I had a 1994 F150 w/straight 6 for a beater for a couple years. That son of a bitch, no ----, had 8-15psi of oil pressure and somehow managed to go like 100,000 miles before it finally gave up the ghost. I swapped a 302 into it and threw a sign on it.
