obdo to obd1 conversion question
Adjustable timing connector either doesn't exist, or is hidden on 90-91. If 88-89, jump the connector. You should be fine.
Otherwise I want to say pin
to D22 sensor ground. I think it's D-plug, D3 or D13 maybe. It's been a minute. Brown wire in an OEM harness, so if you DIY the conversion then you'll see it.

yeah its a diy jumper harness. i was told to ground b4 from the p28 and then my engine light on the guage cluster will blink at me. it hasnt worked so far, but thanks for the tips. ill try d22 for sure.

Colten....its D4... ground that and your set... if it blinks off then goes solid when you do that its a solid CEL and something is fucked up wiht the harness or most likely ECU/chip...
