obd2b to obd1 swap.... i have a question...

Default obd2b to obd1 swap.... i have a question...
hello everyone.
I'm doing a obd2b to obd1 swap for a friend and i have some questions.

i downloaded the obd2b diagram from FF-SQUAD and on connector (A) pin#: 19, it called "NEP- engine speed pulse" anyone know where it sHould go on the P28?

maby its the ign pulse on the OBD1?

Get a harness from xenocron its plug and play
