Default obd0 to obd1 swap

I have troubled shooted it for a couple of hours and I am not sure what I might be missing. I have done a few searches and still not sure. Here is my problem.

I have 90 teg with b18a running p30 with crome map and a obd1 dizzy. Car will start but I have to keep the throttle open to keep it running, otherwise car will die. When I hook up EcuControl it will say that Im doing 177mph when its not started. and it will not read the rps at all. TPS reads correctly so does IAT. I do get a check engine light but I have not pulled the codes on it yet. Plan on doing it today after I wake up. I have checked all thr grounds and the base map is good. What am I missing?

Fixed all the codes. I was still in limp mode until I cut j1 so i assume my chip was bad as well. Do chips just go bad? it was a working chip it sat in my garage for a long time and all of the sudden it stopped working.
