Notchy tranny?

Default Notchy tranny?
Tranny doesnt want to go into gear at higher rpm's, and sometimes will grind as if the clutch isnt in far enough.. although its to the floor. Time for a tranny flush and use some redline?

Syncroz are fine, its not a "syncroz grind" its the grind if you try putting it in gear without the clutch in. I've had many fucked up syncroz in the past
