notched block
 
Has anyone ran the tuner toy rods in there single cam? Did you have to notch out your block, and how much did it cost to have it machined? Would appreciate a reply.

you can notch the block yourself and just have the cylinders honed and the block cleaned. should not cost more than aroun 75 bucks.

takes quite a bit of time to notch the block, which with a machine shop means $$$

always budget yourself at least 2 to 3 times what you plan to pay so you dont die from a heart attack

yeah if you use a hand file. Get a dremmel and some carbide cutter and it should not take more than 15 minutes each notch.
