Not true? ARP has a stud kit now for the D16a1/ZC ?

Abaz...could you clarify this? Because I have had no luck trying to get ARP to find them buggers! The VW ones still seem a bit short and I re-read your built ZC article and found the quote, called ARP...no go. Thanks!

wow, looks like my vw studs on my built zc.. mine made it all the way to the top of the nut though, probably because my head was milled down pretty far.

Sonny also didnt use his washer if I recall.

I swear to god, I heard somebody talking to arp about them making a new kit for the d16a1, or some custom ones just for the ZC. If not, and your tired of this bullshit, buy the B16a stud kit, can cut about 1/4 inch off.

Just checkin' to see if I wasn't losing my mind. I also have a bit off the head and my block is decked for a zero piston height with rollerwave FI (-6cc) pistons. I think it will be close. Yeah.. I'll have lots of pics.
Thanks...
