DO all your lights go on? Is the starter good? Is the starter grounded and connected on all wires? dOes the fuel pump prime?

yea the lights turn on, the fuel pump primes(hums), the injectors work, the starter works i belive. i tried bench testing it. jumper cables postive to bolt and ground to negative car battery. nothing happened but im sure i was testing it wrong. i dont know whats wrong. i can just keep checkin.

is the starter solenoid working properly? i had a starter problem like this on my truck so i got a 50 or 60 amp push button starter at autozone and ran a wire from the pos battery to it, then from the button to the starter solenoid. it will crank whether the car is on or off, but you have to have the key in for the ecu to put in fuel and spark.

yeah when you were testing it, you must have not had a signal going to the solenoid, you could just use some 12 or 14 ga wire from the battery (pos) to the small tab on the starter, while the power is hooked up to the starter

i had that clicking problem before and it ended up being the ecu to thermostat ground, i know you said you did it, but check again and make sure it's bare metal.

you may want to go through and redo all your grounds with some 4 gauge wire. also, put some new terminal clamps on the battery
