Default noob questions...go easy on me

hey guys this is my first time posting in a forum and i have some questions if you dont mind. i have a 92 cx and want to swap out the engine for a larger d-series motor so i can go turbo as the d15b8 i have aint worth puttin a dime into. does anyone know of any websites or info on how easy it is to swap in a d15b7? i just wanna know what has to be changed out, thanks

Research at hondaswap.com, they know alot over there but alot of them are ---- bags

go to sohchonda.com......good people there..and they know their stuff... as long as u dont ask dumb rice questions.....jsut keep it performance and u wont get flamed

If your gonna swap out your cx motor for the d15b7. Buy the motor with the dx engine harness. Its pretty much plug and play. Use your axles, mounts, and engine wiring harness from the cx. You should consider the d16z6 motor. Its also plug and play. That's what i like about the 92 models. They have the vtec, vtec solenoid already prewired for the motor. But you have to use the d16z6 engine wiring harness to actually make it plug and play. Anways, Just drop out the d15b8 motor and use all the mounts for the d15b7 and check everything and fire it up.
